Approach
We designed around a recruiter dashboard and a candidate session of short games plus quizzes, then added a review layer so scores come with an explanation.
Assess4Me is a hiring product Yvios designed and shipped for a client. Recruiters create vacancies, pick assessments and invite candidates. Candidates complete short game-based sessions and quizzes. Reviews sit at game, category and vacancy level so a shortlist is comparable. It is their product — not an operational reservation or workflow system.
